3D DUNGEON, Part 3 Texturas-textures

Ya tenemos un montón de bloques, en mi caso 6, dos de 3x3, dos de 3x4, y dos de 4x4.

We now have a lot of block, in my case 6, two of 3x3, two of 3x4, and two of 4x4.

Aunque parece bonito, no está del todo terminado, necesita color, o mejor dicho texturas.

It looks great, but it's not quite finished, it needs colour, o better said, textures.

Como uso cartón pluma, la espuma del interior impide que lo pueda pintar, si uso pintura en spray, este se comerá la espuma, y si uso pintura normal, los poros de la espuma no quedarán bien.

Since I use foam board, the inside foam doesn't allow to be painted, if you use spray painting, it will tear off the foam, and ig you use normal paint, the pores of the foam will not end rigth.

Para este ejemplo, he usado unas texturas de uno de los muchos recortables que tengo de WORLDWORKS GAMES, excelente página de escenografía para juegos.

For this example, I used some textures from one of the many papercrafts I have of WORLDWORKS GAMES, excelent page for game escenography.

He elegido dos tipos de textura, una tipo asfalto-piedra, y otra de tierra-hierba.

I'd chossen two types of textures, a road-stone looking, and a mud-grass type.

¿Por que dos texturas?

Porque puedo poner 1 en cada lado de las bases, y así tenemos unas bases que pueden servir para juegos como más de sci-fi, o como más de fantasía.

Why two textures?

Because I can put one on each side of the bases, so we have bases for many gaming purpouses, like sci-fi and fantasy.

Recomiendo imprimir las texturas sin las líneas, ya que no siempre queda bien escalado, es mejor imprimir una textura, y pintar tu mismo las líneas ( si se quiere) que tener las líneas mal escaladas.

I recommend printing the textures without the lines, since It doesn't allways have the rigth scale, it's better to print a texture, and draw the lines yourself (if you want), than having the lines wrong scaled.

Y esto es todo de momento, ya que tengo que buscar unas texturas para los muros que sean chulas. Cuando lo tenga terminado, pondré más fotos.

And that's all, since I have to look for some nice textures for the walls.
